Amid the crazy cold temperatures and seemingly record snowfall here in Wisconsin, we are soooo excited to be going to Mexico next month! We've booked 6 nights at the Riu Palace Pacifico, a resort near Puerto Vallarta. Here is a photo of part of its pool, with the ocean in the distance. Just 3 more weeks 'til swimsuit season!
