Around the world, wedding guests are asked to make a choice: "Chicken or fish?"

We are pleased to announce that our wedding dinner will take a rather pluralistic approach to the idea of food choice, thanks to the talented and visionary people at Gracious Events. We don't want to give away too much about the menu, but we will tell you that dinner will involve a variety of scrumptious small-plate entrees served up at chef's stations throughout the restaurant. You need not limit yourself to one dinner selection -- in fact, we encourage you to try one of everything throughout the evening. (Vegetarians, fear not: There will be meat-free selections as well. Meat-lovers, prepare to be jealous: The vegetarian selections are fantastic!)

"Small plates?" you may be wondering. "Why not a large plate with lots of tiny food on it instead?"

In addition to encouraging you to try one of everything on the menu, we want to encourage mingling and movement throughout the night. You don't even have to sit down to eat, if you don't want to.*   Small plates + fork-friendly food = fun!

*Note: Don't worry, there will be plenty of chairs if you do want to sit while you eat... :-)
